Which would you rather have? Pros, cons, gratuitous pictures?
The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is available! Price is $250 ea (shipped within CONUS).
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/
The longer blade gives you better reach in case of zombie attacks
I'm with Gravelface.:thumbup:I have neither, so my vote is for both!!!!
I would have to agree with David Brown.AK
lighter/ faster
But the Gladius is cool too.
I want a Gladius to go with my AK (not going to happen) but if I had to chhose it'd be my AK because I like to baton, scrap, and other chores that are more easily done if one side isn't sharp. But both would be cool.
I would love to get another AK but competition finish this time. I wish all models were offered that way as a possible option because I use everything I buy so they get beat up rather quickly. No point in paying extra for "pretty".![]()

Sorry for posting a dumb question; but, what does decarb-less refer too? It would seem that no coating is the way to go unless you need to conceal the knife. Corrosion has never been more than a cosmetic issue for me so far. A marred up coating would be harder on the eyes than stained carbon steel IMOP.
I would like to thank liukang187 for bringing the competitive finish to my attention.
Thanks for the opinions and great pics!
AZTimT How long did you work on the gladius for?
