last RC-3 mil question, I promise. does any one find it uncomfrotable while reverse grip or upside down grip?

Not at all, it feels just fine in a reverse grip to use the glass breaker.

I got the RC3 MIL and i couldn't be happier. If you press down really hard in the reverse grip with your thumb, it might give you a little discomfort but its really not a problem. I don't see myself thrusting it into stuff while holding it in reverse grip though. I use it as an EDC and a food prep camp knife.

RC3 grip in general (I have medium ish hands) I find is insecure. The rounded boattailed grip means no positive retention unless you're using the choil. I personally use my HEST 100 times more than my RC3 because of this. The reverse grip is probably more comfortable than anything on the RC3.

I agree completely.

My ESEE-3 Clip would be my ideal knife if the handle was about a half-inch longer with either a slightly bigger "guard" and/or a little bit of a pinky catch/hook at the bottom. On all other counts, a fantastic quality knife.

Got both a RC 3 and a (new) Mil and the sharpened glass breaker or the pointed pommel have never been an issue for me. As an aside, I have big hands and really like being able to choke up on the hilt if needed and also find the hilt fine for a full hand grip for tougher work. It works for me for what I need in a small general using fixed blade. My Izula's are my edc choice tho'.
