I just got a green one yesterday. It is almost painfully bright to look at. It will light up a small room pretty well. I don't like the switch on it (basically it feels like you are just turning a screw in to make contact), but it puts out a LOT more light than my Krill Extreme green 180.

ebay prices are running in the low 20$ range but make sure and check shipping. one guy wants 8.35 + 25.95 -- I just bought one for 21.95 + 3.50 shipping...

On one of the scuba "boards" I looked at I saw a write up that the "brightness" chart went Green, Amber, Red, Blue (they did not include white in the write up) I would guess that as with most LED lamps the Green would beat the white.

I just got two from ebay. FAST shipping from that seller but one was missing the battery. They are really cool though. I like mine a lot.

OK.. I got my Red and Green Glo-toobs and will start to play with them later after dark. One item I noticed was the Red has 6 LEDs and the Green has 3. The 3 LED's on the Green are very much noticeably brighter than the 6 on the Red. It is possible that the Red ones are from older stock as the packaging insert cards are very different. These are quite COOL!!!

The seller did ship very fast and immediately replied to my email about the missing batteries and will replace them -- so far they get a big thumbs up.
