Global GS-37

My favorite kitchen knives are those made by Global. One of my favorites is the GS-37, which I decided to photograph this morning. They see everyday use.

I have set of Globals I bought piece by piece including the one you have. I have tried them all and for me, they are the best value in a kitchen blade period.

Mine differs from the pic as it doesn't have a nib at the tip of the handle, it is simply rounded. All in all it is very finely balanced.
