Glock Field Knife 81 (Replica) ??

I live in the UK.

The cheapest i can find one with a saw back is £47 there are loads for sale on Amazon USA for $30

I found a site in the UK that was selling one for £20, but it says it`s a replica ??

Is this a real "Glock Field Knife 81" or not, see link below.

Yup. That's the good play. You might have to pay a bit more but it is worth it to know what you are getting is authentic.

I have been looking for one of those for awhile, but the only version I can find is the root saw one. I thought the non-saw version may have been discontinued.

I received my version 78 today, It looks perfect, The click it makes when it`s pushed into the sheath, the glossy black coating is super slick, if you want to use at to strike sparks you will have to file the spine quite a bit, It was sharp out of the box, The grind is symmetrical.

It`s really just to add to my collection than a working knife with the knife laws in the UK.

It is indeed harder to find nowadays, Ebay still have the FM-78 black in stock.

But... Just as an afterthought, why would the OP could mention price and link to it, and I couldn't ?... Just saying. Knowing a little about customs around here I tough that pointing to an eBay or amazon link was not pointing a seller, but a product. You can still buy it anywhere if you want... No ? So that wouldn't be infringement of the forum rules ?

The knife you linked is also a replica the genuine have a space between the handle and the guard that is almost 1mm thick you ca see it very clearly on this picture.

another not good at all counterfeit the guard in not like that and there's holes to mount as a bayonet on original
