Was just wondering if anyone has any experience with these knives? how good are they?

Thanks,

It really depends what you are going to use it for. I have 2, the first one I bought was finished very well, the second I ordered and finish was poor. I think it was originally designed by Glock to be a bayonet. If the price is right buy it. If your depending your life on it, spend more money and buy something else. They make a nice shovel and love my model 21 and 30.

Thanks for the response i will using it as a general purpose knife in the wilderness.

Thanks

See my reply to your other post in the Gen Forum.

BTW....not a good idea to make the same post to different groups....just confuses.
I would suggest that you post a query to one group and if you want to attract attention from another, just post a note referring people to the original.
Just trying to help.

I've got a Glock knife, the finish was pretty good. It's a pure and simple, straightforward knife. Not a good chopper by any means, but it will work for basic chores.

I had to reprofile the edge on mine before it would cut worth a hoot.I would go with something else if I wanted something that will be my main fixed blade. If you have to stick to that price range the kbar type knives are usually better cutters and pretty tough.

My personal opinion on it is it is a bit too light for all my field chores. I am also not a big fan of the spearpoint or bayonet style blade form for camp work, that is just a general preference. As to its quality I have never handled or used one to give an opinion, it is just a knife I have not been to drawn to.
