glock/spydie combo!

I think Spyderco should team up with Glock (as Strider and Surefire did) and release a combo. I was looking at my all black delica beside my glock and was thinking ..what a pair! both are all black with a subtle yet interesting appearance, both are less expensive than many others, yet outperform them in every category, and both carry revolutionary design. Match made in heaven!
If I have twin boys ... Gaston and Sal.

With all due respect, how would a Glock logo on a blade make it cut any better?

I love Glocks and I love Spydies. One of the reasons that I love them is that they are simple, straightforward, and functional. They purposefully shy away from superfluous features or aspects. Just as Sal always answers the question of the why the A is missing its horizontal bar on the Military: "Nothing is on it that doesn't need to be on it" (Paraphrased).

Slapping a Glock logo on a Spyderco blade for no reason other than a 'crossover' seems contradictory to both of their product philosophies.

Now if Glock wants to come up with some revolutionary design for a Spydie, fine, they should get their logo on it. But I don't see that happening. Anything beyond that just seems like advertising and product placement to me.

Glock made it's own fixed blade knives. I don't know that a folder would be something they might want. If they did, I'm betting they'd try to build their own.
