Got my second ESEE last month, a model 3, and love the feel and how it performs. I set off to find a low profile Kydex sheath that fits my preferred carry method in the back pocket of my jeans.
I ordered one up from Glockcrazz / Bayou Custom Sheaths and it came in the other day. I must say Im quite impressed. He made some good suggestions on style after hearing my needs and with his quick turnaround time I was enjoying it soon after ordering.

Retention is good with good handle coverage and a small flipped up area used a thumb push off to deploy the knife. Perfect spacing for my size hands.
The folded edges meet up perfectly and they are sanded very smooth for a professional look and feel.
Eyelets are strong and well spaced so overall its a perfect fit for me.
