Just wanted to let you know, I have close to twenty different Kershaw knives in my collection, but I never bothered to pick up a Cyclone. They just never jumped out at me. But......I keep seeing your posts raving about them over, and over......and over ;), so when I needed to pick up one more item on my last knife order to get me over $125 and receive some free shipping, I thought, "what the heck, it's only $43 for the mini".

Ok ok ok, I get it. It is one cool little knife. For a folder that measures just about as long closed as my Leeks, it is a whole lot of knife!! Just wanted to say thanks for talking about it in like, every thread you've ever written:D Thanks, buddy!!

Cheers,
Jon

you guys better start looking behind you-

because glockman will hit anything-and since you gave him a compliment he might want some extra lovin from you guys-

try a mini cyclone zdp-its the cats fanny

it's a great design... a winner for Kershaw. I think the large is not as sweet, but the small is dang near the perfect EDC. And the manual/AO option is nice. The ZDP Mini would be a grail EDC for me except I just can't warm up to black coated blades. Have you ever cut food with a black blade? Plus I just like the native look of steel

Guys?...Naw...Just the ladies.:D.

The Cyclone...It's good to see more folks grow to appreciate this excellent folder!...

I wanted to replace my sons worn out Smith & Wesson knife for his birthday so I searched Kershaws web site and Blade Forums for the perfect knife. One with speedsafe, a flipper, a good quality blade, something that would hold up to an auto mechanics hard use and Kershaw quality. The full size Plain blade Cyclone won out, it has all those features! Found one on line for about $45.00. I had to check it out when it arrived.... now its on my list of must have knifes, after the new R.A.M . Btw I've had a Blackout for years used it for everything, food, cardboard, whatever, the black coating holds up and cleans up just fine.

Glockman if you got a Springfield XD would you then be ....-XD MAN- ? :)

the black balde does nothing-stuff is tougher than heck-i wouldnt be afraid to cut food with it-and i think thomas said zdp will stain or rust if not coated-
ask the spyderco guys

I just got my second MC Ti/ZDP today, used, and in excellent condition from Tyrkon Lawson. This is to me THE pinnacle of production folders...

I've used my first one to cut steak and veggies, field dress and butcher deer, pry open a locked steel door, cut just about everything and anything (except myself, an advantage I seem to have over Glockcycloman99) and the thing just keeps holding an edge!

AO, Ti/ZDP, frame lock, tip up carry, and Kershaw's customer service! What more could you want?!?

I will keep my statement as fact until I OWN a ZT300 series...still waiting on the TADGEAR run...

Now, Glockclycoman, if you happen to get one first, please let me in on a limited time one-man pass-around! I promise not to do anything stupid with it...and I, in full reciprocation, will let you have mine for a week or so, IF I get mine first!
