Hi, I'm trying to compile a glossary of knife terminology and would appreciate any and all contributions. Slang terms are welcome as well.

Terms like: belly, bolster, (finger) choil, etc. and their definition(s).

Ricasso: the unsharpened length of blade between the bolster and edge. Or something like that.
