Glow in the Dark

I was thinking of doing the "fill in the clip holes" way to make my Endura 4 glow. But will plumber's goop work instead of epoxy? It's all I have, and epoxy is pretty expensive. Also, what is the best glow powder to buy? Thanks a lot.

I couldn't find any glow powder and epoxy around my area so my wife told me to try glow in the dark nail polish. It's held up good in my Cara Cara 2.
