Glow powder question

I recently bought some glow powder and now it's time to play with it. I have some acrylic water (it dries crystal clear) and I'm wondering if I can mix the powder with the acrylic to use it. What do you guys mix the powder with and what is the best medium to use it with?

I believe most folks blend it into clear epoxy, what do you want to do with it?

I'm going to fill the hole in a Kershaw Echelon thumb stud after the blades been acid & stone washed. If it turns out the way I want it'll look pretty good IMO.
