Gnarly Hike !!!

I went for a family hike today with Mrs Pit, Pit Jr and Mrs Pits Cousin....plus my Mutt of course but that goes without question !!!

The walk started off quite leisurely, the sun was out and the water was cool...

On the second to last pic my wife is thinking " is that his Ka-Bar or is he pleased to see me ? ":D
That's what I had on my side but I thought my wifes cus might think me strange if I started taking pics of it !!!
There is a time and a place eh !!!!!!!:thumbup:
 
I'm tired and I didn't even go. Looks steep but the view from the top is awesome.

NICE!!!!!!!!!! Love seeing these pics. Family togetherness, nature, and a dog. Perfect day.
 
The weather sure got nice yesterday in these parts. We were out at Deception Pass when the skies finally cleared so we did a nice beach hike and a bit of rock climbing. What's funny is that my son was wearing his Christiano Ronaldo Portugal team jersey -- what are the odds?! We'll be spending some time on Vancouver Island this summer so your photos are just whetting my appetite. I love summer in the Northwest.

The odds are higher than you might think as my son must now have about 5 Ronaldo tops !!!:eek:

You will have to let me know when you are coming and maybe we could meet up for a family hike !!!;)
