Stepped into the unknown on this. While browsing for rabbit food at the local pet store I spotted some goat horn. So I bought it, peeled the scales off my 303 and went to work. This feels like a tumbled stone. So smooth. I'm about 80 percent complete.it was fun to do. What I didn't expect was it smells like hell when sanding.

Looks like a neat job. Goat horn huh, interesting. What product did you adhere the scales with?

Looks good Mike!

I should have warned you that bone, antler, horn, and anything like that smells like burning hair as you sand and cut it. The best way to keep the wife out of my shop is to work on buffalo or stag...lol

Great work there, that looks very nice. I didn't know they had goat horn in a pet store. I remember doing a deer antler handle for a Mora once and I had to keep the dog away from it for months :)
