Well, maybe not, but chicken, steak and pork are in big trouble. And I really do need to come up with a name too! Regardless this is the re-design of the Bushcraft Hatchet which wasn't intended for the kitchen and didn't have hand clearance. There will be more of these! This one is 5/32 A2 w tapered tang. The handle is Black Widow Micarta.

Love it! I don't have any need for something like that in the kitchen since the most thing I cut is vegetables, sausage, chicken and the likes but never know.
