I just wanted to let everyone know I will be leaving out Saturday morning to the mountains for a couple of days. If you need me for anything shoot me an email before than, there is no cell service up there.
 
Chris, don't worry about anything while you are gone . . . . . . Gnarly & I will be more than happy to keep an "eye" on your "steel" for ya' while you are gone . . . . . ;)
(when did ya'll say you were comin' back ???)
Seriously, have a great time with your family, if BA does anything with Micarta again while you are gone, we will be sure and take some pics of it for you for proof he can make an absolute, utter, and disgustingly ugly knife . . . . . :thumbup:

J1M, you need to check the exchange. Bill not only made a knife with White Ivory Micarta, he already sold it!!

Chris, have a good time and watch out for snakes.
 
That Micarta was so ugly he should have just sent it to me so I could have given it a proper burial. Have fun camping.

Actually with these two gone, there shouldn't be so many knives that I have to keep an eye on in the sales area. That tanto was pretty impressive. And I really did like the micarta, call me crazy.
 
I wanted the Ivory PEDC bad, just my wallet was empty when i opened it...:mad:
I do have a 12" chette coming from Andy though, thaat should hold me over for a day or two....:rolleyes:
Doubt it!!!;)

Shows what I know....met KFU & BA here...learned a little about Red Mallee Burl & Lace Sheoak...and promptly sold every Micarta knife I owned!
 
Im the same way about the plastic. I kinda like the burlap micarta but not that much!
