Ive been a member of BladeForums for 15 months and a paid Basic member for year. Got the membership renewal notice today and decided to step up and go GOLD.
Now this isnt some shameless gratuitous announcement touting my new found status in some kind of perceived rarefied upper echelon of knife aficionados found on the World Wide Web. Well, maybe just a little! I decided I wanted to give more support to this forum which has been a wealth of knowledge and information about this relatively new hobby of mine. I still consider myself a newbie with less than 100 posts, but I feel I have been treated and responded to in the same manner as any 1000+ post/multi-year member would be. Anyone and everyone who has ever responded to a thread I have posted or commented on any of my replies have been great. I belong to another knife forum but I find myself gravitating to BladeForums more and more.
So, THANK YOU, BladeForums creator(s), moderators, and members, especially everyone in Traditional Folders and Fixed Blades. Im looking forward to another year.
