I was out in my shop this morning thinking about all the hawks I've been making and I got this idea. If I only had a tree that would grow them. A Tomahawk Tree, what else.... The more I thought about it all I needed were some tomahawk seeds and I could grow my own. I went over and rubbed my magic anvil and this is what I ended up with.

What kind of plastic did you use to make the Pez dispenser ? :D

Those are cool looking , I think I'd hang one from my rear view mirror or maybe tie it on a string to beat my co-worker with !

I've mainly been seeing how small I can hand forge these. Both will be totally heat treated and could be used but the spiked one is so light that I think it would look good on a fridge. The hammer poll has got enough weight that it could develope a decent blow. I've got two knife shows comming up and I'm wanting to see what interest they generate. There's alot of people that collect miniture's although both of these really aren't what you would call true minitures. Both these are ruffley 1/4 to 1/3 in size compaired to a normal one.

Nice;)

would save on post to the UK how long do they take to grow:D

The hammer poll could be your domestic knife drawer hawk for the kitchen. Tap down that nail pop, tenderize that flank steak, hack that chicken joint, etc., etc., etc. I can see lots of practical uses around the house for a small hawk. So is a small hawk a Smawk? :D

Sweet. For a second there, I thought you were going to take a small tree and place one of them on top. Figure in fifty years, you have the world's largest tomahawk handle :D
