The reason I put a ? is because I'm wondering exactly what type of steel the blade is made out of. Is it good steel, is it soft? Should I use it or put it away as a collectable? The Knives with a * are the ones I will pick up without hesitation, the other ones are ones that I have yet to use or are afraid of ruining! (I know, use them all, but it's hard when I don't have money to replace or fix a ruined blade!)

I know but it's hard! I don't want them to be show pieces but i don't know what they can take. I put my swiss army knives through hell and they keep coming back. My main concern is sharpening and fixing a chipped blade or tip.

All of the knives you listed should have a decent heat-treat and not have any/many problems with chipping.

I will say that I have one of the Frosts of Sweden knives (the inexpensive one with the OD handle and thin plastic sheath that sell for ~$9).
While using that knife for garage and outdoor chores, I did end up getting a small chip in the edge about 1" from the tip. I sharpened most of it out and the knife still works just fine as the 'user' knife that I intended it to be.

Just use the knives you have and enjoy them!
Just don't use them as an axe or a pry bar and you'll get many, many years use out of all of them.

Regards,
Mike

That just comes from using them and learning about them.

I wouldn't hesitate to use the Blur or Grip. In fact, if I wasn't so in love with my 710, I'd probably be EDC'ing a Grip. Use it, beat it up, sharpen it... it'll take whatever you can throw at it.
