Mary just e-mailed me and we got a table for the Atlanta Blade show. Whooohooo! Man, that gonna be a long ride.

Awesome! I will see you there, and maybe the Alabama Hottie will be with me again.

It will be well worth the drive. I would drive it from here, about 12 hours if I thought I was ready for a table at that show, but for now I will fly down. Maybe 2005.

I will definitely check out your table. So don't be suprised if I knock you a bit before I tell you who I am. ;)

have a good time J. and the wife and kid too! good luck. Email me your mailing adress so i can send back your signity cd thanks a lot for letting me borrow it. In another week or two you'll be able to see the finished knife with that ironwood you gave me. But i might have a question or two about making one of those dandy little openface magnetic sheaths.

I'll be sure to drop by...

The drive ain't so bad...about 9-10 hours for me...

I'll be flying again
the drive from here is about 22 hours.
no table yet but I will be going again. the 3 day
vist is a lot more fun than table sitting :D

Dan, that's another nice reason to have Tess there, so I can go wandering.

Laredo7mm, I'm not sure I'm ready for a table at this show either but, I figure, I gotta try it.

It's going to be a little over 14 hrs for us. At least Danny will be walking then. Some one was telling me that the hotel across the way was a really good deal, too(meaning cheaper). Don't know the name though.

it's much easier to stay right there at
the Hotel it's all connected, and over looking
the pit.:D the place has everything you'll need,
it's BIG.

you get a deal because of the show.
but I can't remember what it cost $100.00-$130.00? per night.

OH WELL, THERE GOES THE NEIGHBORHOOD!(just playing with you)
It will be good to see you there.

J.
I have a table at the show, it will be my 3rd year with one. The size of the show is overwhelming! You will do fine, there are so many different makers, styles and types of knives there that everyone is welcome. The hotel accross the street is a sheraton I think. I believe that there is also a hampton inn in the area and an ebbassy suites down the street. This year I reserved a room at the embassy, it is cheaper than the $125+tax a night at the blade show and includes full cooked to order breakfast each morning. It is a long drive for me also, last year it took us 17-1/2 hrs straight through!
See you there,
Chuck

Hey J. If you decide to come down rt 13 instaed of 95. Stop by and stretch your legs, pee, whatever.

Fraternal order of sewer rod knives. We use pieces of O-1 sewr rod for teaching basic forging at the Trackrock hammer-in.

Spark called me a dirty hippy when he changed my user name:D

I'll see you there J -- just look for an ugly dude with a purty lady. I'll make sure and eat some greasy food before fondling your knives. :D

Charles -- I was looking through Blade last night as saw your picture on the Blade Show Promo -- are you giving away a knife for the show?

Cool maybe we can all get some greasy food together and meet at Marks.
:D

So Michael all I gotta do is look for the spitting image of me and Tess.
;)
