going to Buenos Aires ... where/what knives to get?

As the title says, im going to Buenos Aires, Argentina, and im wondering what type of knives/swords they have available to foreigners?

Ive seen the Facon type knives online, and thats something id like to get, where is a good knife shop in BA?
one that wont jack up the prices for a poor American.

Any gun shops or military museums to see?
Any other cool things to bring back? Sights to See?
