I just got back from a trip to California with my son.The main purpose was to visit my father whom is in his late 80's.The best part of the road trip was meeting my Buck bro Plumberdv in person and sharing a meal and a fun conversation. We had a great time and look forward to seeing Dave again. Thanks Dave for the gifts and an old Marine now carries a 309 in his pocket 24-7. Sincerely Tom

Welcome back my friend. I'm enjoyed meeting you and Tommy. I hope you had a great visit with your Dad and found him in good health. How did he like the 309?

We had a great time and I hope to see Dave again one day.Next time I'm going on 101. I put my camera on the table so I wouldn't forget it and guess what I forgot.:o

Horse, My father-in-law is 89 and I get him a Buck every year for his birthday or Father's Day . He really likes the slipies . He will carry those over the 501 . My step father is the same way . Just give them a Buck---it will light up their smile . Glad your back safe and sound . Thanks for being friendly Dave . DM

Thanks again Dave,he was amazed by that 309 and it hasn't left his pocket for a minute. He told me to say thanks for him.He was impressed by how sharp it is and that such quality knives are still being made.He can barely make it from one room to the next on his walker and claims he's not gonna get a wheelchair ever.He is doing better after we took care of a few issues he had going on.He hates going to a doctor big time.He uses that 309 every day for opening letters and packages and always has it on him.He really likes the size of the knife also. Thanks again Dave,I have a photo to post but right now the forum says data base error.I made it to Pine crest and New Malones.:D

Two cool knives from a real cool guy.
