Going to the Blade Show

I have just recieved news that I am going to be reassigned this summer to Fort Jackson to be a Drill Sergeant and should be on leave while the Blade Show is on. I am going to make every effort to be there, and as soon as my leave is definite I am going to make the hotel reservation. My girlfriend has family there so she will have something to do while I am ogling knives, buying Busses, and swilling beer with my fellow INFI Swine.:D
I have decided to put my Income Tax Refund in savings and save a few hundred dollars a month towards knives at the show so I can make some major purchases. It should be a good time:) .

I do however have a few questions
  • Who all is planning to attend?
  • Where is the best place to stay?
  • Who has pictures of the known INFI HOGS so we can post guards at the entrances to keep them from feeding at thye INFI trough and getting all the good stuff before the rest of us? I think we should make up a guard roster so that the rest of us can have equal time at the tables.:D:D
  • Jery, Do you need some help working the table? I am willing to work for BEER:D:cool: :D

nick, the first think you must know is that these guys are infi hogs and they are ALL liers. you can trust me when i say...

they all say they won't attend, but they will be there

stay at the convention hotel next to 1whohogs room

there is NO equal time, chuck hogs it all, then eric, then nimmy

jerry has never seen his table

jerry drank and will drink all the beer

you can trust me to spot the good stuff and hold it for you:)

Now all I need are some carefully placed distractors. hmmmm...note to self...things to do for blade show.....buy pallet of CBL and some plastic fruit.... have someone park some nice Harleys on other side of show floor...stage spontaneous wet Tshirt contest near back of show....yeahhhh.. that should cover known swine.

Damn....You caught on quick.
That should keep most of the HOGS away.
You don't have to worry about me, I give all my stuff away.
I picked up two Variants at Indy, Jerry finished them and brought them to me at Blade.
Before I could put them away Skunk scarfed them up.
I had ordered an Arctic 1, Jerry brought it to me...Skunk scarfed it up.
I had the 1st BAIII Variant...Eric took it home with him.

I did not get any Busse's from Blade at all!!!
So a word of wisdom...."Careful who you trust":confused::grumpy:

You will have to have security watch out for Mr. and Mrs. Skunk tho..
Last year Skunk was in a wheelchair and Mrs. Skunk was in a nurse's outfit. (BTW she looked "HOT")
Everyone felt sorry for the poor crippled dud, so they got in early:rolleyes:
By the time the rest of us got to the Busse Booth Mr. and Mrs. Skunk were there unwrapping the boxes and Hogging all the INFI.
We were lucky to catch a glimps of the good stuff as they were tucked away in the mobile INFI vaults that Skunk travels to the shows with. :grumpy: :mad:
So once again, be careful who's cart you hook your horse to:confused: :(

Plastic fruit....hmm....you are catching on quickly. Don't forget to watch out for the lar...errr.....whipped cream.

although a very small part of this my be true the part about the cart and horse is totally wrong!!

eric the oink scarfed some good stuff and i got a couple of small slivers only because nimmy put drugs in chucks hootch!

now.... will the babe and shag be in the wet contest:p :p

screw the wheelchair, this year i'm building a gurney with dueling infi vaults in the bottom. i will be early enough to install springs in the busse table, so that when 1whoporks rappels down from the ceiling on to the table (AS HE DID LAST YEAR) it will fire his a$$ back up through the roof!

I'll be there, you don't need to worry about me though. I leave all the good stuff so others can enjoy the INFI ;)

I'd stay at a cheap hotel, heck you just need it to sleep and shower. Although the Hotel at the convention site is nice, I would rather save the money to buy INFI. There are other hotels within 5 minutes drive(if you don't miss your turn ;) ) that are acceptable to sleep/shower and are a lot cheaper.

There are no known pics of me in existence ;)

If god is on my side, 2 Economy class tickets to Stinky's ranch, trip it to blade with nose pegs on, then back to Stinky's ranch for a bit of R&R, shoot me a whitetail and then back to the land of Oz...

I will not be attending. Again, I will not be attending, and don't have night vision goggles (7's) and repelling gear to break in during the night.

I'm ready to go now but have just one question.

Where is everyone going to stay? I'd like stay where the crowd is going to be.
 
While others were true INFI hogs, I was the only plastic fruit hog - great source of fiber.

Jerry did, in fact, see the table, contrary to the post above as he stopped by to make sure we were packing it up properly and not stealing the INFI.

As for a place to stay, Jerry makes us stay in the booth all night.:rolleyes: Although he does let us out from time to time for a snack.

You have nothing to worry about! Me and the Shag will be at Blade this June........that's means I'm running the show!! LOL!!

Now if you guys get too out of hand you might have to be punished. I'll take all the Infi away and make you stand in the corner and watch everyone else buy up all the knives. And if you continue to be naughty I'll cancel the wet t-shirt contest. Is this understood gentalmen? Now I'll get out of mom mode!
