I'm going to Vegas over Memorial Day, and I wondered if there's any good stores to check out between stints at the craps table?

Cuchillo--
Don't miss Blanchard's Fine Cutlery across from Boulevard Mall on So. Maryland Parkway. Plenty of production knives and a nice selection of customs on display most of the time. Plus a knifemaking shop. Set aside a couple of hours to go through it at your leisure.
Have fun--Will

Blanchard's is a nice store but the prices are very high. After buying knives on the net it is hard to pay those prices.

If you're looking for old issues of Blade and so on they usually carry them.

You can also watch Mr Blanchard work in his shop through a picture window. Mrs Blanchard is a very nice lady.

Have fun in Vegas and yes....Elvis LIVES!

The whole place is littered with pawn shops, they're fun to browse for knife deals.

Went there with the brothers once and did nothing but cruise the shops for an entire morning to work up a good thirst. Plenty of sharp things to look at.

Stop by Vampire Gerbil's place and pick me up a presidential bumper sticker while yer there.

Hey you guys are full of great ideas!! Hmmm....chicken ranch.....my wife might not like that, of course she probably wouldn't like me buying more knives, either!!

Velitrius, I think I've seen some of Vampire Gerbil's posts, looks like a fun guy. He might be able to show me a good guitar shop too. I'd love to have one of his presidential bumper stickers.
