Next week I am scheduled for back surgery. I am looking for some exercises I can do to keep myself tactically effecient while I am recovering.
I am familiar with all the basic rehab exercises(I am a PTA), I am looking for something a bit more defensive oriented.
I would appreciate suggestions from any who have them.
My thanks in advance.

Maybe some finger dexterity exercises. Rolling a coin over the back of your fingers back and forth. Grip training excercises would also be good. Hope your surgery goes well, good luck.

Thanks for the quick response. What about any blade work for the "limited"
