Going weeks on end without receiving verification code, no response to "contact us" reports

Who do I need to tag to get this resolved?

If you use gmail, use a PC to access your gmail account and check your spam folder. Mark any BF emails as "not spam". Gmail does not forward what it considers to be spam to phones, so it needs to be done from a PC.

If you use a mail service owned by Microsoft such as Outlook.com or Hotmail, the Microsoft system has been bouncing emails from BF without even sending them to spam. Spark's been trying to work the issue but does not yet have a solution. (We all know that MIcrosoft tends to be unhelpful with problems with their products.)

It is a microsoft/hotmail account. This is the third time I've been locked out for a week or more.

Once you get back in, make sure to set an alternate email that isn’t hosted by Microsoft. I did that and haven’t had trouble since I did that.
