Gold issue

Good morning. I just purchased a Gold membership. When I was redirected back from PayPal I got and error message and was logged out of the forum. I logged back in and don’t see a change in membership status.
 
Need your transaction id my dude. If you used a PP account with a different email from what's on your forum profile, that may have caused it.
 
I'm having same issue. Renewed on Jan. 7 using Paypal that does have a different email than the one I use here. Reference ID 97A63147M3340740S.

Spark Spark I’ve had my issue for 2 weeks today. Please update. I’d really love to have my Gold membership, but I’d accept a refund if you’re unable to help. Thanks.
 
Both of you are taken care of. Not sure what happened with yours pipedreams - paypal account matched. thumbdrum I think yours had issues because you had two levels of membership active at the same time
