Gold Member But Can't Start Thread in For Sale by Individuals

Probably something I'm missing or doing wrong but, I'm a Gold Member but don't see an option to start a new thread when in For Sale by Individuals.

What gives?

top right, click 'settings'
left side, click on 'permission groups'
identify yourself as a gold member, and you're good to go.
