Gold member subs help! Will not accept c/c

Hey guys, trying to renew my Gold membership but will not accept my credit card (same as last 3 times membership!) :grumpy:

Please contact me so that you can complete manually!

I have knives to sell damn it! :D

Somehow we have to put all the necessary info in one place where people can find it. As it is we keep answering the same questions over and over but the answers are scattered in different threads and people have to keep asking....

Gundy, go back to the previous system for membership upgrades. It says international credit cards aren't accepted there too, but ignore that; it doesn't apply to memberships. Sorry about all the confusion.

well, I tried it again and it came up with 2 seperate errors, as before (on the original system). One was a postcode error and it sent me back to the shopping cart, I tried to checkout again and it said that the address does not match, third attempt on the original system and it proceeded through checkout to a thank you page for my purchase! (????)

I sure hope it worked. My last digits of c/c are in the other sticky thread...

Edited to add: Just got a confirmation of order on email - things are looking up!
 
I'll have to check on it on Monday, sorry, no access at home.
 
Sigh, I keep overlooking this because of the hectic pace at work. You haven't been charged yet, but this is an example of why we switched to the new auto system instead of the older manual one.

I'll try to get to it on mon - if you call it will be done over the phone while you wait.
 
Remember, Gundy is in Oz and the cost of a long distance phone call would be outrageous. It might be more practical to put a message in a bottle and throw it into a tornado....

FWIW make the call (I had to phone at night from here) and you'll be sorted in under 5 minutes.

Should not have Spark. I can buy a small car with that sucka...thanks for getting there.
