I paid to be a Gold Member a couple of weeks ago and have tried to contact anyone several times about my membership. Does anyone know how to get in touch with the powers to be so I can use my membership? I have tried the general contact us, but I have not gotten any reply after trying about 8 times.
Any and all help regarding this will bring you good luck, not to mention thanks from me.

I guess you just have to ask your question in the right place. A super thanks to all of you that responded so quickly to get my Gold Membership in place. For anyone else out there who is having problems, ask your question in the right forum and these members will do their best to help you right away.
I was getting discouraged about the service I was getting, but no more, thanks again to everyone who helped.
