Gold Membership Activation

On Tuesday I received an e-mail from OneStopKnifeShop.com that my gold membership had been activated (paid for it on Monday). I went to Group Memberships, but there was no option to join that group. Is this just a timing thing, and I need to wait further, or am I missing something? Also, does it matter if the e-mail address I used at OneStopKnifeShop.com differs from the one on file here?

you need to go change it in your user control panel. when you are in the user cp, go to the networking section and then click on group membership. in there check the gold group and then save the settings and you're in. i just checked and you are not activated yet, you're not able to send pm's.

I followed that route after reading the FAQ's, but this group does not appear as an option for me to join.

Right. Click on your name and you'll get a drop-down menu. When the menu includes the line "Send a private message to Busta Capp" then you can change your group to Gold.

OK, a week later and the option to add this group in Group Memberships does not exist. Any suggestions?
