Gold Membership assistance

I paid for Gold on Aug 1, my profile does say gold but I do not have an option to select gold in the permission group. I've read the tech page and some posts here but I get a message indicating there are no groups applicable to my id.

Please let me know what i doing wrong. Thanks, Matt

You may have to wait, depending on how you paid, Spark has to enter it manually.
