Gold Membership Bought Using PayPal on Oct 18 How to Show Upgraded ?

Hello - I've searched the forums and tried several things but haven't had any success after paying for my Gold membership on Oct 18 to show the new status. I used PayPal and got my confirmation email from them showing the charge went through. - - - When I click the link for 'Change Your Usergroup" I get the message "There are currently no public usergroups available for you to join."

Perhaps I need some outside intervention to get it to work ? Your help with this would be appreciated, thank you.
 
This is the right place to ask about this. Spark will have to check on it,as he is the only one who handles the money.

You have to change your user group...

If you click on his user name to bring up his profile, you will see it still does not show the ability to PM.
 
Yep . . . I've tried to change user group (quite a few times). I think I've done all I can on my end as far as I can tell.
I'm sure it'll all get sorted out in time.
 
Spark gives Rapid Service no matter how long it takes!!!!:D
