Gold membership disappeared.

i just renewed my gold not long ago,its gone as well says i cant post in the sale forun.HELP PLEASE,THANKS WENT BACK AND CHECKED I PAID ON 5-24-17 ,I KNOW THERE IS A PROBLEM AND YOU WILL GET IT FIXED,THANKS SPARK

Good evening. I too lost my gold membership. My initial Gold date was 7/29/16. On 7/22/17 I renewed, which should have carried me to 7/29/18.

I'm hopeful this can be corrected soon.

Same here, gold membership is gone. I renewed on 9/26... can provide the PayPal details and receipt. How do we rectify this in a timely manner? PayPal transaction ID 8FN10918SB0289253

There's an alert at the top of the page about a bug. I'm guessing this is related.
 
Looks like everyone in this thread is fixed.

Locked it for spark so people go to right thread.
