Gold membership for selling

I paid the gold subscription but it doesn't show I'm golden.
I have a few knives for sale.
I wanted to get them up prior to christmas.
I've contacted everyone I can regarding this matter, no response.
Advice please...
 
The subscription page says:

"After you've paid for your subscription remember to CHANGE YOUR USERGROUP in the control panel by clicking on the Group Memberships link."

Have you done that?
 
Did you go to Permission Groups under your account settings and switch to gold member from basic member?
 
LavaWood, go to your settings, upper right corner of page. Then scroll down and click on "permission groups" about half way down the "my settings" collumn on the left side, then choose "identify me as a Gold Memeber
