Gold Membership Hasn't Activated

On 2 November, I 'upgraded my forum experience' by purchasing a Gold Membership through the link at the top of the service and support page.

Trouble is, the membership seemingly never activated. Or have I made some mistake??

I did get an e-mail confirming my credit card payment. Hopefully, the information pasted in below will help you figure out what happened:
