mromeo23, you just buried your question in a thread from last November. Always better to make your problem a new thread so Spark can see it. I'll move this one for you.

Also, if you paid by PayPal, it takes a few days to get processed. So keep checking Permission Groups.
 
Thank you. I know members tend to get frustrated when you ask a question that has been asked a million times and can be found using the search function so that's why i didn't start a new thread. I appreciate your help. Ill keep checking
 
Moderators are not allowed to get frustrated. :)

Each member's problem may look like others, but really may be unique -- we've had instances where a payment did not go through, and only Spark can verify and follow up on that.

Taking advice from previous threads won't help Spark know when he has to look into your unique problem. So, yes: post!
