Gold membership issue.

I received confirmation of my account being updated on Tuesday but still cannot select it on my User CP (only bounced email group). Is there any way to get the date of expiry on your message of renewal. I got the message on Friday ("Your access to the paid subscription "Gold Membership" is about to
expire.")and by Monday it had no access to Gold, that seems a bit fast if we want to keep our status intact the whole time.REFERENCE #: 127986

Any help would be appreciated, and I understand it may take a while with the server change.:thumbup:
