Gold Membership not showing

Hi There,

I have made a purchase for Gold membership via Paypal on 17 October 2016 at 08:05 PDT.

My username is: aurora1504

However, I can't seem to get the link for gold membership.

aurora1504 - Go to Settings (upper right), select; then to Permission Groups (left side); then, select your correct membership level. That should work.

Thanks for the reply. However, under the permission group there is no option for me to select the membership level and I kept getting the message saying there is no public groups for me to join.
 
Your account is not active. Please post the details of your transaction in this thread. How you paid...transaction number etc.

At this point, Spark has to look into it. He's the only one with access to the financial records. The numbers you posted should help.
