Gold membership paid through paypal not yet active..Help

Hi,

Not sure what to do but I paid for a gold memebrship through paypal on July 1 and my membership has yet to be upgraded. I contacted bf help but no response. please help. Transaction ID: 1CF76881S78562905.

Click on Settings (top right) -> Permissions Groups and update your group display

If that doesn't do it, it's because Spark is up to his elbows in alligators, but he will get to it.

Still waiting on the upgrade. Over a week now. Nothing in the settings options yet.

Emailed spark as well as contacted BF help but still no action on my membership upgrade.... I would like someone to help with this before it gets out of hand

well still no action....soon won't be left with any other choice but try and get a refund which I really don't want....I only want what I paid for.
