Gold Membership Problems

I renewed my Gold membership months ago yet I am not able to post anything on the for sale forums. I've emailed the administrator numerous times regarding this problem but have yet to receive any repsonse. Who am I supposed to contact? I emailed Spark yesterday also with no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
