Gold membership renew but no pirates cove

I paid for a renew of my gold membership on july 16/2013 with a credit card transaction number 80543 and it says that i am gold but i have lost the pirates cove and the political forums i paid for a renew three days before my gold was set to expire and i still do not have access to my permission groups sparks could you please correct this.

I don't understand why you aren't Gold. I don't have access to the payment records, only Spark does, but the credit card should have gone through. You aren't listed as Gold, though.

Sometimes the credit card payment does not go through because the address isn't exactly the same. It may say it took, but the bank won't actually transfer credit out of your account.
 
Thank you for getting back to me Esav i called sparks and got things worked out he had to set it up on his end do to the fact i paid on the one stop knofe shop site.
