gold membership signed up twice

It appears on my bank statement that during the time I was having trouble signing up, I actually signed up twice and my bank account was debited twice. Please accept only one account sign up. I will contact the bank with the appropriate information on Monday.

It wasn't charged twice, it was attempted twice but only one went through. It will appear as two charges until your bank realizes that only one actual capture went through, but when your address verification failed on the first attempt that is treated as a decline by our processor and no funds are actually debited.

Your bank, on the other hand, saw the request for info as a reason to put your funds on hold, hence your lower ledger balance. Everything is ok, your bank will probably release the funds in 2-3 days on their own without any action on your part.
