Gold membership title update?

Please help ... I paid for a gold membership through 1SKS, and I can't figure out how to update my member title.

"Click on Settings (top right) -> Permissions Groups and update your group display"

When I click on settings, there's nothing on the page that says Permissions or Groups or anything like that that I can see or find even with Ctrl-F ...

Help!
