I renewed my gold membership some time ago but when I looked today I was shown as a registered member. What happened?

I checked out your profile in the moderators CP and it didn't list a date as to when your Gold Membership expires. What do you mean by you renewed your Gold Membership "some time ago"? Was it last year, last month, last week? Do you have an order number if you renewed currently?
