Gold Membership

I recently bought a gold membership from the knife exchange website. Since then I have gone to the change permission groups button, but it still says that I have no groups open to join, and it has been over 72 hours. I'm not sure if I am just missing something or I haven't waited long enough or what, but any help with this would be much appreciated. The order number is 83269.

We need to wait for Spark to fix this. He's just back from the SHOT Show, so it shouldn't be long.
 
Hey, thanks for the reply. I have another question, I think I may have bought the wrong membership... >_<
I was looking around on the FAQ's on the site, and it dawned on me that gold members aren't able to sell blades that they themselves had made, and that if I wanted to sell my own blades, I should have bought the craftsman/knifemaker/service membership. So is there any way that I can get a refund on the gold membership so I can buy the knifemaker membership? Or maybe like an upgrade to the knifemaker profile? I know it was kind of a stupid mistake on my part, but if there's any way for me to somehow switch to the knifemaker profile without wasting $30, that would be great.

There is a way, the $30 won't be wasted.

You buy a Knifemaker membership. When that goes live, post a new thread in this Tech Support forum addressed to Spark. Ask him to prorate your Gold membership, extending the new Knifemaker membership.
 
Thanks, you've been a huge help. Really cleared some things up for me. I'll try and get the knife maker membership once my gold goes live. Looking forward to posting some blades soon!
