Paid for Gold Membership 9 Nov 2006, recieved the confirmation order number #58814 but the membership has not activated. Whats up??

'Foreigners' with foreign credit cards have to pay via 'One Stop Knife Shop'. It takes a couple of days, although Cougar Allen is intimating that the JD hasn't arrived yet.
