Gold Membership

Hi,
I received an email that my account has been activated.
Been going through the steps cp user to group membership, there is only
one member group on the page to join. there is no Gold group to activate?
Stumped Only shows the BOUNCED EMAIL GROUP

Non-US memberships must be activated manually by Spark. I'm sure he will take care of this as soon as possible.

I was thinking I was doing something wrong, or cookies or?? were buggering things up. If thats the case then no worries
