Gold membership.

What happened to my gold membership and avatar? I can't seem to get through. I pay paled my membership several days ago.
 
Jim, this may get seen quicker in service and support area!

Or try to change your user group. It won't automaticaly make you gold once paid.
 
This is a really strong example of the argument that us WSS guys simply will not post anywhere else on BF.:D

We need Spark to check on this & he's been on his honeymoon.
 
I am at a lose here. I paid my membership several days ago with pay pal. I have been a paying gold member for a couple years. I renewed and tried going to the group deal but it keeps saying that I have bounced emails. I went through the change email but it still keeps coming up. I don't get a option to get the Gold back. My avatar is gone, as are the other member benifits. I don't know what to try next. Thanks. I can't PM anyone.

A million thanks to Spark for straightening out the mess That I probably made.:thumbup: Us old guys can be a bit dense about this computer stuff.
