Does anyone know if the username is case sensitive when youre buying a membership? I dont think I capitalized mine, but I didnt think it would matter since I can log in without capitals. Its been 2 days since I sent the paypal, and I still cant post in for sale. Someone told me that I may need to update it manually, how do I do that? And how long did it take for your membership to kick in? I know it says to give it 3 days, I'm just wondering if there is something else I have to do or if its because I didnt capitalize my username when I bought it.

When Spark gets to upgrading outstanding account payments, he can do it faster IF ...
you tell us how you paid and what the transaction number was.
 
Thanks for the replies, mine has not yet gone through either. I have a few blades that I really need to sell. I paid with PayPal, I would have to check for the transaction number, it should be in my email from PayPal that I got after I sent the funds right?

I paid via paypal on March 15. Still cant update my user group yet. The payment cleared. Transaction ID : 41A76304VJ212045U

yea, mine hasn't gone through yet either....72 hours my ass! lol

Really tho, it should have gone through last night at the latest. Esav, an update as to whats going on would be highly appreciated if you know whats up. I know that other people are currently having the same issue, but could it be because I didn't capitalize the T and A in my username? I didnt think much of it being case sensitive because it isnt when logging in.
 
I have no way of knowing. Spark handles all membership upgrades.

I don't know if it matters, but when I look at this thread, it is somewhat confusing. I would think each of you should have started your own thread, with all information in the one post, editing in anything you left out the first time.

Spark has been working on the hacker problems and coming to a confusing thread like this may be a problem itself, trying to find information to work with.
 
I just emailed him a screen shot from paypal.
His email address was on the PayPal page as the contact.
I didnt think we wanted several threads about the same issue?
So I added mine here as well.
 
yea, I thought its better to have it all in one place than a bunch of different threads...It would be nice if spark himself could pop in and give us the low down on these issues, since he seems to be the only one in control of it.
